3 Steps to make a room reservation

STEP 1

  1. BulletComplete the Room Reservation Form

STEP 2

  1. BulletFax or email to Mayangsari Customer Service Centre or walk-in to the nearest branch to submit your request.

STEP 3

  1. BulletCall our Customer Service Centre to check your reservation status. You will receive the confirmation slip once it is confirmed.


Note :

  1. BulletThe reservation Confirmation Slip needs to be surrendered at the resort upon check-in

  2. BulletA refundable security deposit is required upon check-in and may vary from resort to resort
